Curren$y tag teams this EP with upcoming producer Harry Fraud. Mr. Fraud always comes correct and some would say he has the most recognizable drop since DJ Clue. He continues to impress me even though I'm not feeling most newer things he is releasing. I'm not so much into his trap style as much as his rap style. After smashing the entire Vast Aire album, being the supplier of Coke Boys, and then dropping Rugby Thompson with DZA, he is definitely proving his versatility. With an album in the stash soon to drop with Action Bronson, he is working with all the right people and it seems like we will be hearing "La Musicia De Harry Fraud" for some time now.

For the past few years I've seen Math Hoffa's videos and name popping up all over the place. Some of you know him for taking out suckas in battles held all over the country and in NYC. I recently caught up with Math at the Immortal Technique show that just happened a few weeks back. He was gracious enough to take the compliments and criticisms everyone felt like they needed to tell him, and also give me a few cds and a drop. A real humble guy that was on his grind hard like the rest of us. For some time now he has been rolling with the Stronghold camp and earning stripes among people like Pumpkinhead (now known as just PH) and Poison Pen. I peeped this CD and was amazed at how comical and non-battle like his style was for this release. Give this guy a shot and you will not be let down. Some spliced studio footage from late '89 around the time Ice Cube left. They were finishing up another one of the albums in my top 10...EFIL4ZAGGIN.The name of the new album had been revealed in "Kamurshol" from N.W.A's previous release 100 Miles and Runnin', but only by playing a vinyl copy backwards could the otherwise unintelligible sound be deciphered as "niggaz for life". Since the album contained the word "Nigga" in it, on some publications it had to be edited out as Straight Out of Compton 2.
The album went on to hit #1 on the Billboard 200 on 1991.

This will be for some of you who just want a new Mobb Deep mix to bump in the whip or Ipod this summer. Some rarities along with some classics.
